For a traditional setup with foil, you start with the poker: making holes before the coals go on. When using a Kaloud or HMD, you only use the coal and tobacco function. The foil poker will then simply remain unused.

Maintenance and cleaning

Stainless steel is easy to keep clean. Rinse the tongs with warm water after use. Ash and tobacco residue come off without much effort. For stubborn stains, a soft brush works well. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents or bleach - the steel doesn't need it, and it will affect the rainbow coating. Just dry them off, and your tongs are ready for the next session.

The right coals for your hookah

Good tongs work best with quality coals. Hookah natural coals burn evenly and give off little flavour. Shisha coals in various sizes - round or square blocks - are always gripped well with the pointed ends of these tongs. Do you want to start with quick-lighters?
