For the best results, use shisha natural coals like Tom Coco or Black Coco. These provide even heat without sharp temperature spikes, so you really notice the benefits of good airflow. Quick-lighting coals are less suitable, as they give an immediate, uneven heat that quickly burns your tobacco.

After each session, rinse the sieve under the tap. Are there stubborn residues? Soak the sieve in warm water with a little dish soap. After five minutes, rinse and it's done. The material is sturdy enough to do this regularly without it deforming or rusting.
