Ordered and received quickly
Choose your products, add them to your cart, and check out securely with iDEAL, Bancontact, or credit card. If you order before 6 PM, your package will be delivered the next business day (NL), with free shipping on orders over €59.99 (NL). We also ship throughout Europe.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace code by email, so you can follow your hookah and flavors.

The secret to a good session
The right shisha flavour makes your evening: fruity and fresh is nice to start with, mint and mixed flavours add a bit more spice. Combine with natural coconut coals that burn longer and give more flavour. Light them thoroughly on a coal burner until they glow all around.
Does your shisha taste burnt? Then the coals are usually too close to the tobacco or there are too many. Use fewer and place them at the edge.

Which hookah is best for beginners?
A compact or medium-sized hookah or a complete set: easy to clean, stable, and affordable.
How much water should be in a hookah?
Fill the vase so that the downstem is submerged approximately 1 to 2 cm under water. Too much water will make it hard to draw, too little will result in less smoke.
Do you have shisha flavors without nicotine?
Yes, online we only sell tobacco-free and nicotine-free shisha flavors, such as steam stones and shisha paste.
Can I return an order?
You have 14 days to change your mind from the date of receipt, and then 14 days to return the item. Products must be unused and complete. Sealed hygiene and consumption products cannot be returned once opened. Please also read our complaint procedure.
