How to use the Tsar Water Coloring Agent?

Cleaning and maintenance

The dye dissolves completely in water. After your session, simply drain the colored water. Then rinse the base once with clean water. Most hookah bases are made of glass and release the color well. Does something still stick? Then use a base cleaner or a small amount of dish soap with warm water.
