Please note: never heat this device directly on a coal burner or gas flame. Aluminum melts at extreme heat. Only heat the coals, not the HMD itself.

Maintenance and cleaning

After use, let the HMD cool down. Then remove any coal remnants and rinse the entire device with warm water. No further maintenance is needed. Aluminum is light and lasts a long time as long as you don't expose the device to direct flames. If you want to remove stubborn residue, use a soft sponge. No abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the matte finish. With normal use and regular rinsing, this accessory will last for years.
