The cavity is 2.1 cm deep and holds 25 to 30 grams of shisha tobacco or steam stones. Enough for a long session.

The large holes in the bottom smoothly guide smoke through the downstem to the shisha vase. The deep cavity keeps the tobacco away from the foil, preventing the tobacco from burning quickly and preserving the flavor for longer.

The Right Coals for this Shisha Tobacco Bowl

Use natural shisha coals. They burn more steadily than quick-light coals and are better suited to the heat retention of stone. Let 2 or 3 cubes glow completely on a shisha coal burner before placing them on the bowl. Start with 2 cubes. Too much heat gives a bitter draw.

Setup: How to Attach this Bowl to Your Shisha

The Stone Bowl fits any shisha with a standard bowl adapter. Use a shisha grommet if the connection is not airtight.

1. Fill the bowl loosely just below the rim.
2. Cover with aluminum foil and poke holes, or place a heat management device.
3. Place the glowing shisha coals on top and wait 1-2 minutes before the first draw.
4. Rotate the coals regularly for even heating.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Rinse the bowl with warm water after each session. The glazed interior easily releases residues. No aggressive agents are needed. Let the bowl dry completely before storing it. Is there residue after several sessions? Soak the bowl for fifteen minutes in warm water with baking soda, then rinse thoroughly. Avoid large temperature shocks: never place an ice-cold bowl directly on glowing coals.
