How does the X-effect work?

The name refers to the so-called X-effect that XSchischa describes. You tilt the vase slightly after adding the powder. This movement activates the glittering particles. Then, with every puff you take, these particles move through the water again. They constantly redistribute, creating an ever-changing pattern.

The effect works best in vases with good volume. In a vase that is too flat or too large, it is difficult to get the particles moving properly. Keep this in mind when choosing your hookah vase.

Tip: temporarily remove the diffuser if you want to see the maximum sparkle effect. The air bubbles will then be larger and move the particles more.

The powder is not suitable for consumption. Do not drink the water. Keep it away from children. It is purely intended as a visual effect in your shisha's vase.

Cleaning after use

After the session, rinse the vase thoroughly with warm water. Because it's powder with small particles, some residue may remain on the inside of the vase. Use a soft vase cleaner or a brush to properly reach the inside. This will keep your vase clear and free of any dye residue for next time.

Also rinse the hookah hose if it has taken in water. For washable hoses, this is simple: just flush with water. For non-washable hoses, close the opening and shake it briefly.
