Do not overfill the bowl. Loosely pack the shisha tobacco into the bowl just below the rim. Do not press it together, otherwise, the air will not circulate properly. Cover with aluminum foil or place a Kaloud Lotus on top. If using aluminum foil, poke small holes in a regular pattern. Then place your hookah coals at the edge and only slide them to the center when they are fully glowing.

Cleaning and Maintenance
