Setup and use

Setup takes a few minutes. You fill the vase with water to just below the shaft, click the shaft onto the vase, connect the hookah hose via the magnetic connection, and place the coal plate on top. Then you fill a hookah tobacco bowl with shisha and place the lit coals on it.

Are you using a bowl without a click system? Make sure you choose the correct size for the connection. Cleaning and maintenance

The aluminum shaft and stainless steel components are easy to clean. Rinse them with warm water after each session. You can turn the glass vase upside down and rinse it out. The silicone hookah hose can be rinsed from the inside with water.

Do not use cleaning agents with aggressive substances in the shaft or hose, as they can impart flavor. A long brush for the shaft and vase (found among our shisha cleaning supplies) makes the work a lot easier. Keep the magnetic connection dry and free of tobacco residue for a good connection.

Choosing the right coals

For the Amy Deluxe 007.01 Unio, natural coals work best. They burn more evenly and produce less aftertaste than quick-lighting coals. Good options are Tom Coco hookah coals or Black Coco shisha coals. You will need a shisha coal burner to properly light the coals.

Place the coals on the supplied coal plate and use the coal tongs to safely move them. Start with 2 coals and add a third if you want more heat. This way, you maintain control over the temperature and get the most out of your shisha tobacco.
