Material and construction

The stem is made of aluminum: light, rust-resistant, and easy to clean. The aluminum handle is securely attached to the stem, so you can easily move the hookah without holding the base. The glass base is transparent, so you can see the water and easily check the level. The glass is sturdy enough to keep the hookah stable, even if you hold the hose firmly.

Brohood hot screen: how it works

The tobacco bowl comes with a brohood hot screen. This is a metal screen that you place on top of the bowl instead of aluminum foil. You place the coals on the screen, and the heat is evenly distributed. This way, you burn the shisha tobacco less quickly and get more out of your coals.

Step-by-step assembly

1. Fill the glass base with water just below the stem opening.
2. Click the aluminum stem onto the base.
3. Connect the hookah hose to the hose port of the stem.
4. Place the tobacco bowl on top of the stem.
5. Place the brohood hot screen on the bowl and fill the bowl with shisha tobacco.
6. Place lit hookah natural coals on the screen and wait until they glow completely.

You use the coal tongs in step 6 and to move the coals during the session.

Maintenance and cleaning

After each session, rinse the glass base with warm water. It's better not to use soap unless you rinse it thoroughly afterward, as soap residues affect the taste of your next session. Also, rinse the aluminum stem with warm water and then dry it so that no water remains in the connections. Detach the silicone hookah hose from the stem and rinse it from the inside. Hang it straight so the water can drain out and the hose dries properly.

Which coals to use
