The modular diffuser: quieter and adjustable

One of the strongest points of the SS30 2.0 is the modular diffuser. This is located at the bottom of the steel column and breaks up the air bubbles into smaller bubbles. This ensures a quieter bubbling sound and a smoother draw. You can also adjust the diffuser to your own preference. If you want more resistance and more smoke, you set it differently. If you want to keep it quiet, you choose a quieter setting. This way, you determine how the session feels, not the device. The height-adjustable plunger works together with the diffuser to control the airflow.

Glass base with engravings

The glass base of the Dum SS30 2.0 Gold is thick and heavy, and features fine engravings. These engravings break the light beautifully, especially if you place an LED coaster under the base. The base seals well at the bottom of the column, so no air leaks. Due to its weight, the whole thing is stable, even when the hose is attached. Tobacco bowl and hot screen

The included hookah tobacco bowl is suitable for immediate use. You fill it loosely with shisha flavour, do not press too hard. The metal hot screen protects the flavour from direct heat from the coals. Place the coals on the hot screen and let them work via heat, which gives the best draw. The right coals for the SS30 2.0

Preferably use natural coconut coals. They burn evenly, for a long time and do not give an strange aftertaste to your flavour. Let the coals glow completely on a shisha coal burner before placing them on the bowl. Start with two or three coals and adjust based on the smoke and heat. Easy light coals are convenient for on the go, but for home, hookah natural coals give the best flavour. Good coals make the difference between a short, bitter session and a long, full shisha evening.

Cleaning and maintenance

After each session, rinse the base, stem and hose with lukewarm water. Use a long brush for the inside of the stem and a smaller brush for the hose. Let everything dry thoroughly before storing it. Stainless steel is easy to keep clean and does not absorb odours. The silicone hose can simply be rinsed and is also resistant to hot water.
